The staff particularly were very accomodating
Very poor restaurant facilities
The shopping at West Quay. Had a great evening meal at a local pub ~Ship Inn
The room was not very clean. The last occupant had smoked in the room and the toilet stank of cigarettes which was awful for a family party with a baby! The breakfast was very basic and had clearly been sat in the heaters for too long the croissants were inedable
The complimentary breakfast being served from 06-30.
We arrived late Car park was very very icey had not been treated dangerous walking The room was vey comfortable although we were unable to use heating as we did not how to work it called desk assistant came but the heating went off again after he had gone and we could not find the switch to turn it back on so room was cold The breakfast was excellent overall I think it is a very pleasant hotel. By only staying one night It was hard to comment on day time activity.
The untreated car park - dangerous. Not enough information with regards to heating
Staff were realy friendly even when working over new years eve, room was clean and had good facilities.
The hotel is very clean ideally located for family that we came to visit. We have stayed her several times and havent been dissapointed yet
Reception bar & catering staff very helpful & nothing to much trouble.Clean room & good ensuite ideal for buisness or port.
The no fuss approach. Hot breakfast included. Normal TV stations available in all of the rooms.
food terrible. bar menu far too restricted . breakfast a joke
Price, service, cleaniness
clean comfortable rooms. checkout upto 11am. free parking. good access to roads.
no ventilation / air con in room - vent in toilet not working. charged £3 more than quoted until this was pointed out.
Clean through out, good service,
We booked months in advance and were still given a twin room and then told the hotel was on full occupancy but were told the beds moved and to do it ourselves if we wanted. It was the holidays but there were children EVERYWHERE running around screaming, there is a small bar area where people can sit and order take-aways (no food service or accessible restaurants nearby) we couldn't do this as we would not of been able to hear each other talk due to the amount of unsupervised or disciplined children. Breakfast was like a free-for-all with pushing and shoving, uncleared tables, no cutlery, limited supplies, children throwing food and people making pack lunches from what was on offer. My first and last trip to a Holiday Inn
over night stay before catching cruise ship
Location & accepted dog
